Should myPWS display an error message with the information that the WU server is currently not supplying any data to myPWS (or similar), then unfortunately you cannot change anything that provokes this error message.

The WU server saves the measured values of your PWS. If there are problems in the infrastructure of the WU server for any reason, no data may be sent from the WU server to myWPS. Such problems usually disappear after a while. In any case, they are beyond our control and can only be resolved by WU.
